Do you think you are a match with ASE? Great! To participate, you need to apply before the deadline: 13:00 January 27th 2025. All participants must apply individually and on the registration form you can let us know about your team and research topic preference. Unfortunately limited spots are available.

Applications are not yet opened. Please check back in January and reach out to us by email (ase@vu.nl) if you have any questions.

Admission results

We aim to let you know if you are admitted as soon as possible, but latest one week after the application deadline.

Working with other professors

It is understandable that you reach out to multiple professors for your Bachelor thesis but since we have limited spots available, we want to know about this. The deadline to confirm your admission with us is 5 days after being admitted.
