Accessing the framework
The ASE framework consists of many software parts. It is highly configurable and you can choose which parts you want to use in your specific pipeline. We have also given you access to the source code of most of the software components we provide, so that you can conveniently change functionalities and see how our software is built.
Any redistribution or sharing of source code, binaries, drawings, models or any project material with people outside of the project is strictly prohibited.
Failing to keep material confidential will lead to a direct report to the VU science faculty examination board and/or further claims when applicable. Always ask beforehand if you are in doubt about what can be shared with others.
We have created a list of all software parts on this page. For each component, you will find instructions on how to access and run the files you need.
Accessing private repositories
To enable access to private repositories, we have sent all participants a Github token per mail. If you did not receive this token, or if it expired, please request a new token by sending an email to ase@vu.nl.
Your token is confidential and you are not allowed in any way to share this token with others.
